Q. When do we pay?

A. If you have chosen to go with a fixed price, then payment is due once the truck is loaded, otherwise, on completion of the job.

Q. How much notice do you need?

A. As soon as you know your date for moving, contact our office.

Q. What size truck do you have?

A. We have several trucks from a compact two tonne truck to a large semi-trailer. We'll use the vehicle most appropriate for your belongings and location.

Q. If you answer ‘no’ to any of the following, it would be wise to get a quote from us

• Do you have at least two (strong) helpers?
• Have you allowed adequate time to complete the move?
• Will your household contents policy cover for potential loss in case of accident en route?
• Do you have a suitable vehicle to move your furniture and effects?
• Will the rental truck be equipped with trolleys, packing materials and ties?
• Have you looked at all the costs carefully?
